Throughout the project lifecycle, Digital Flavers continuously monitors performance and progress to ensure effectiveness and to mitigate any cause that may lead to project reversals, cancellations, or disputes.
Each project undertaken by Digital Flavers requires substantial investment of time, resources, and expertise. Accordingly, no refund shall be issued once the client has provided approval to proceed and the project has entered the development phase. The client acknowledges and agrees that payments made for services rendered are non-refundable under any circumstances, except as expressly stated herein.
In the event of an unforeseen issue or error arising due to Digital Flavers, the Company shall, in good faith, undertake necessary rework or corrective measures to fulfill the agreed deliverables. Digital Flavers reserves the right to determine the scope and nature of such rectification based on the circumstances of each case.
If a project is discontinued by mutual consent of both parties, Digital Flavers shall immediately cease all further development work. Upon such termination, the client shall retain control of the work completed up to that point, subject to full payment for services rendered until the date of termination.
