Refund Policy

In accordance with providing our valued clients with seamless service dealing experience, we have set a customer-friendly cancellation & refund norms. However, we have 100% confidence in our skills. We don't leave any space for our client's disappointment. All the services & projects are handled under the observation of a dedicated project manager. He will make sure that work is going on as per your requirement. Our dedication and passion for achieving quality result will leave no room for any dispute or refund.

In case, we didn't live up to your expectation (which has zero probability but still let assume), our refund & cancellation can be processed with the below-mentioned conditions.

Cancellation Policy

• Client's can request to cancel the deal with a genuine reason within one week of service agreement.
• But if you request the cancellation after completion of more than 50% of work, then your claim will be rejected eventually. We always ask you for your feedback at the end of every milestone.
• No cancellation will be allowed on services that our marketing team has offered during special occasions like Christmas. These offers are valid for a limited time duration & can't be canceled.

Refund Terms

• Payment will not be refunded if the mock-up designs have been approved by the client and our team move into the next development phase.
• We're not liable to refund if there's any delay or service disruption occurs due to any third-party involvement.

Although, we commit that these days you won't face when you're working with us and our collaboration will remain last long.
